Can I get a price from photographs?
Photographs and measurements can help with an initial estimate. A detailed quotation usually follows a property visit, because preparation, repairs, access and the chosen finish all affect the work involved.
What is the difference between an estimate and a quotation?
An estimate is an initial indication of cost. A quotation sets out a price for an agreed scope. If you request additional work, it should be agreed in writing before it begins.
Which paints do you use?
We are independent contractors and select products to suit the surface, finish and budget. Washable matt emulsion is commonly used indoors; exterior work needs a compatible coating suited to exposure and the existing surface.
